    OSA2Micro: An Open Science Approach to Microbiology Data Integration


    This 2.5-day course gives you the knowledge you need to integrate data in microbiology research!

    This 2.5-day course has been designed to introduce software tools and platforms that have been identified or developed in the context of the EOSC-Life project and which can be applied to overcome challenges faced when integrating data in life sciences and especially in microbiology research.

    Theoretical lessons will present the EOSC-Life roadmap, FAIR principles, and related implementation issues, workflow management systems, including Galaxy and its related tools. Practical demonstrations will support the understanding of the topics and present actual examples of applications in the microbiology domain.

    This workshop is supported by the University of Turin and EOSC-Life.
