PDCM Finder: A new global cancer research data platform

Which patient-derived cancer model might be best for your research? Find out here!

Patient-derived cancer models (PDCMs) are essential tools used in cancer research and preclinical studies.

The new cancer research platform PDCM Finder offers a way for researchers and clinicians to more easily find and analyse clinical, genomic and functional data from patient-derived xenografts (PDXs), organoids and cell lines, as well as to determine which model type might offers unique advantages for specific research areas.

This helpful platform was co-developed by EMBL-EBI and the Jackson Laboratory with support from the National Institutes of Health/National Cancer Institute.
