Preliminary results of the QSM4SENIOR Project presented at QMR 2022

A new method to compute clean and exploitable QSM!

Colleagues at EMBL-EBI have let us know that a poster detailing preliminary results for the QSM4SENIOR project, a partnership between NeuroSpin (CEA) and Ventio, was recently presented at the QMR 2022 in Lucca, Italy. The project results describe a method that can be used for computing the Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping (QSM) from the data of healthy senior participants (SENIOR database).

Thanks to special phase pre-processing that reduces artifacts in the 7T MRI data, the method allows the computation of clean and exploitable QSM.
