SARS-CoV-2 Data Analysis and Monitoring with Galaxy

Following a 4-day workshop on the same topic in August, Galaxy now offers a condensed 1-day version.

The Galaxy community has been analysing SARS-CoV-2 data analysis since the beginning of the pandemic (https://covid19.galaxyproject.org). Motivated by several European countries joining the monitoring efforts to identify variants of concern and in an effort to enable everyone to use these resources, we are organising a workshop on “SARS-CoV-2 Data Analysis and Monitoring with Galaxy” on the 1st of December.

We successfully ran a previous edition of this workshop for 4 days in August. Now, we offer a condensed 1-day version. The sessions will be pre-recorded with live support in chat and live Q&A sessions. The workshop is free of charge and all the training materials will stay available online after the workshop.
