Thanks to an EOSC-Life internal grant for academia-industry collaborations, Biolytix, and the Freiburg Galaxy team, participants at this recent workshop (Feb. 2) could learn how to detect foodborne pathogens from (direct Nanopore) sequencing data using Galaxy.
